Winter is a special time at our firm, as we hold our annual awards celebration. On Saturday, February 3rd, we gathered at the Mountain View Grand Resort in Whitefield and enjoyed a wonderful dinner, we presented some awards, danced the night away and even enjoyed some time in the photo booth! We are all so pleased to welcome Jennifer Woodward to our Berlin, NH office.

Jennifer is a newly licensed real estate sales associate, but is not "new" to us! We had the pleasure of having Jennifer as a student intern last year, and we are thrilled to welcome her back to the Berlin office.

At our firm, we have a successful mentorship program, and Jennifer will be working with Sue Solar as her mentor.

We are pleased to announce our firm, and our partners at Badger Realty were each recognized with top Member Achievement Awards from Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® (LeadingRE), our global network of market-leading independent real estate firms. We won during a special awards ceremony held virtually. ?? 

Both of our firms won the Momentum Club award, given in recognition of achieving notable improvement in their broker-to-broker referral production in 2020. Business-to-business referrals are the mechanism real estate agencies and their agents use to assist our clients and customers in any area of the country and throughout the world.?  

Additionally, we won the Award of Excellence for Outgoing Referral Production. This award is presented to the member firm that has introduced the largest number of clients per sales associate to other affiliates within the network within their company-size category.   

As Jessica and I both handle relocation at our firms (along with other duties!) we feel being able to service a client who has been entrusted to us by a real estate agency from another part of the country is, in itself, an award. For us, these company and agent introductions enable our clients and customers to work with other exceptional agencies both locally and globally, and we are happy to set up introductions to help make this happen. Diane Johnson, one of our agents here at the Littleton office, recently completed the Certified Buyer Representative program. And of course in Real Estate, like other professionals, we have lots of initials! Certified Buyer Representative is "CBR^®".
