Jackson, NH - Badger Peabody & Smith Realty held their annual award celebration in mid-January with a lunch and award presentations, at the Red Fox Bar and Grill in Jackson, NH.

Horan has been in real estate for over twenty-six years specializing in residential and land in the Western White Mountains of New Hampshire. The annual Norman Head Three Pound Sledgehammer Award is given to an agent at the firm who has a willingness to help their fellow agents and always has a helpful attitude throughout the year. This year the award was presented to Ralph Cronin out of the North Conway, NH office. According to Smith, Cronin received many nominations. He added, "The nominations pointed out that he always helped with market knowledge, helping other agents with guidance or even just picking up a hammer and fixing something – he's always there with skills and a smile."
The Badger Peabody & Smith Realty Good Neighbor Award is awarded from nominations from the agents and staff. The BPS Good Neighbor Award recognizes the agent that makes an extraordinary impact on their community through volunteer work. The award was presented this year to Missy Sullivan from the Plymouth office and Jackie Elliott from the Holderness office
Sullivan and Elliott were chosen because they have both spearheaded a number of projects in the Central New Hampshire communities – including the participation in the PSU Trim a Tree program in December, a fundraiser they organized in Bristol as well as help they offer monthly to the Plymouth Area Senior Center.
The Badger Peabody & Smith Realty Above and Beyond staff award was presented to Honour Kidd out of the North Conway office. "Honour consistently goes "above and beyond". Smith said. He added, "She is always willing to help out anyone with a question, come up with new initiatives to offer solutions, provide insight and will move mountains to help the agents and staff."
Smith added, "While we celebrated our staff and agents, at the end of the day, we were pleased to be such an integral part of the lives of our sellers and buyers. We thank our clients and customers for allowing us to help them with their real estate needs."
