Winter is a special time at our firm, as we hold our annual awards celebration. On Saturday, February 3rd, we gathered at the Mountain View Grand Resort in Whitefield and enjoyed a wonderful dinner, we presented some awards, danced the night away and even enjoyed some time in the photo booth! Our arrival on Saturday was epic, as the morning clouds had cleared and we enjoyed panoramic mountain views in the afternoon! The location served as a great meeting place for all of our offices from Berlin/Gorham to Holderness, Littleton to North Conway.
Andy Smith, our Broker/Owner of Badger Peabody & Smith Realty said, "Our annual gala for our agents and staff is a real hightlight of the year, and we are so pleased to recognize our agents and staff for the many ways they help their clients and customers, help each other and recognize the good they do in the community as well."

The Badger Peabody & Smith Realty Above and Beyond staff award was presented to Elspeth Richardson. Els consistently goes "above and beyond" in her career. When she sees something that needs to be done, she jumps in and does it. That could involve an hour long trip down the highway to get something delivered for a closing, or coming in on the weekends to water all the plants in the summer heat, or decorating a new office - no matter the task, Els gets it done with a cheery delivery! Thank you Els!
We would like to thank the staff at the Mountain View Grand Resort for all their help planning the event, as well as all the service the day of and after the event. The service was exceptional. In addition, a big thank you to New Hampshire Audio Visual (NH A/V) - they lit the place up, took care of all of our audio and visual needs and more! Our DJ services were supplied by DJ Shamar (our very own Shamar Whyte!) and he did such a wonderful job with dinner music, music when folks came up for awards and setting the beat to fill up the dance floor! Our centerpieces and floral bouquets were beautful and expertedly crafted by Emily Herzig Floral Design. We enjoyed our photo booth with gifs, videos and still photos from Sarah and her team at Magic Mirror of New England. In addition, our company photographer, Joe Viger Photography, did a wonderful job capturing formal photos of the night as well as great candids. Thank you Joe!! A big thank you to all of our partners who helped make this event so memorable as well as our in house event team - great job and thank you for all your help Elspeth Richardson and Debbie Anderson!
Most importantly though, a big thank you to our clients and customers who we helped in 2023. It was our pleasure. If we can help you in the future, please reach out!
