Diane Johnson, one of our agents here at the Littleton office, recently completed the Certified Buyer Representative program. And of course in Real Estate, like other professionals, we have lots of initials! Certified Buyer Representative is "CBR^®". With this designation Diane is now formally trained in the professional representation of home purchasers. A "Buyer Representative" is a cooperating agent who legally represents the real estate buyer. Generally, it happens under a buyer representation agreement, much like a traditional real estate broker represents the seller under a listing agreement. The buyer agent's role is to be the advocate for the purchaser in the real estate transaction and Diane completed three days of extensive training to earn the designation. As always, we are so proud of Diane and all of our agents who work to stay on the forefront of the real estate market. They continue to exceed expectations in order to make our clients experience with them the very best it can be through her market knowledge and education.
