For many years, we've sponsored two sections of road in Franconia & Plymouth NH as part of the Secondary Highway, Sponsor a Highway program through the New Hampshire Department of Transportation. We had two crews out last week, in time for Earth Day! Many bags of trash were collected and everyone had a great time! To learn more about the Sponsor a Highway program, click here.

Luxury Portfolio International recently released their newest study, "State of Luxury Real Estate", focused on consumers in the top 1%-5% income bracket of 17 countries, representing more than 30 million households. It was conducted by the Affluent Consumer Research Company, a full-service market research and voice-of-the-customer organization, specializing in high-income and high-asset consumers around the world.
I work in the Plymouth NH office.
It has been about a year and a half since I joined Peabody & Smith and I love every minute of it.
At home, I live right on the edge of the White Mountains of New Hampshire, in Thornton. In terms of my work space, I have a picture of my desk but otherwise, that's all because I consider my office to be the entire White Mountains. At my desk though, I have a few more things - thank you cards that I have received from those customers who purchased properties in the area, and who I will probably see on the ski slopes or in the local stores!

I work in the Plymouth office and couldn't be happier about it. I know many people have to commute to work, so I am very lucky that I can drive down my hill, take a couple of lefts and then a right and be at my desk at 'Team' Peabody & Smith Realty. I say team because that is what we are. Everyone looking out for one another and having a great time doing it!
I have to say that this is probably not a true representation of what my desk looks like all the time. There are usually piles to the left and right, but I am organized in knowing what is in each pile!
The things that I use the most for work would be my computer, a large calendar for quick glances when making appointments, and a good old planner. Most people have moved on from the plan...
