All in all, the real estate market this year has improved and we are optimistic for 2011. In real estate, there is a saying that "all real estate is local". While the national headlines talk about the real estate market as a whole, it's a lot like the weather – you see different weather scenarios all over the country, but what you really want is the forecast in your area. Currently we are seeing modest increases in the number of homes sold in Grafton County, and we notice an increase in the average sales price. NorthThis weekend in lower Grafton County visitors and residents alike will flock to the North Haverhill Fair. The is the 65th year of the North Haverhill Fair and it is composed of all things you find at a fair – rides for the kids, farm animals, tractor pulls, arts and crafts, fried dough, vendor exhibits and much more. As a family, we attend the fair each year and always have a delightful time. The fairgrounds are nice and clean, the price of admission is very fair, and it's a nice time to get out and visit with friends and make new ones.
