All in all, the real estate market this year has improved and we are optimistic for 2011. In real estate, there is a saying that "all real estate is local". While the national headlines talk about the real estate market as a whole, it's a lot like the weather – you see different weather scenarios all over the country, but what you really want is the forecast in your area.
