Welcome Jennifer Woodward!
We are all so pleased to welcome Jennifer Woodward to our Berlin, NH office.
Jennifer is a newly licensed real estate sales associate, but is not "new" to us! We had the pleasure of having Jennifer as a student intern last year, and we are thrilled to welcome her back to the Berlin office.
At our firm, we have a successful mentorship program, and Jennifer will be working with Sue Solar as her mentor.

We Recognize Our Agents & Staff!
We love to start the year with a party as we enjoy recognizing the hard work of our agents and staff! This year was no exception as we celebrated our Peabody & Smith Realty team on Saturday, January 23rd at the Indian Head Resort in Lincoln, NH. The day started with a training seminar with David Knox. For the last 27 years, David has presented more than 3,000 seminars, to a half million people, in seven countries. He helps professionals in the real estate industry master their skills in sales & negotiation. He has been ranked as a top presenter at the last 25 National Association of Realtors conventions and we were really excited to have him live and in person – even after a flight delay! Peabody & Smith Fall Decorating Contest!
Our offices have been busy this week with our real estate business, but this week we've also been busy with a little office competition with a Fall Decorating Contest. Here were the rules, and we need your help casting votes! Each office was charged with decorating their entrances, and they all had a strict budget to adhere to. The other rule, a Fall theme. We Welcome Elizabeth DeLauro to Our Team!
The Littleton office has been busy, and we are thrilled to welcome Sales Associate Elizabeth DeLauro to our team at the Littleton office.
