We love to start the year with a party as we enjoy recognizing the hard work of our agents and staff! This year was no exception as we celebrated our Peabody & Smith Realty team on Saturday, January 23rd at the Indian Head Resort in Lincoln, NH. The day started with a training seminar with David Knox. For the last 27 years, David has presented more than 3,000 seminars, to a half million people, in seven countries. He helps professionals in the real estate industry master their skills in sales & negotiation. He has been ranked as a top presenter at the last 25 National Association of Realtors conventions and we were really excited to have him live and in person – even after a flight delay! After David's great presentation, we enjoyed dinner in the Lake View room at the resort, and then shared a few highlights of the year, they included:

• In 2015, we recorded gross sales in excess of $111 million dollars, according to statistics from the Northern New England Real Estate Network.
• In 2014, we ranked as the 17th largest Real Estate firm in NH,  in terms of volume
• 272,614 visitors came to our website in 2015, from 140 countries!
• We distributed over $30,000 to area organizations including: AHEAD, Ammonoosuc Community Health, Bretton Woods Ski Team, Boys and Girls Club, Area Chambers of Commerce Fundraising Activities, Franconia Ski Club, Holderness Historical Society, Littleton Regional Healthcare, Pemi Baker Community Health, Speare Memorial Hospital, Squam Lakes Association, Weathervane Theatre & Many More!

That award was presented to Beth Horan, Associate Broker in our Franconia, NH office. Beth has been with the firm for over 15 years and works in the greater Franconia, NH real estate market. We were so pleased to recognize Beth and all of our agents and staff on all of their accomplishments all year long!
