New Headquarters for Pratti Mechanical Inc. and Affordable Payroll Inc located in Downtown Berlin
Berlin, NH – Two growing service businesses – Pratti Mechanical Inc. and Affordable Payroll Inc needed extra space and found just the right location at the entrance to downtown Berlin at 179 Glen Avenue. The property closed in early May.
Business owners John and Shauna Pratti said, "We have two successful businesses, each offering different services, and wanted to find a location that could accommodate both. We found just the right property at 179 Glen Ave."

Current Real Estate Statistics for Grafton & Coos Counties in NH
All in all, the real estate market this year has improved and we are optimistic for 2011. In real estate, there is a saying that "all real estate is local". While the national headlines talk about the real estate market as a whole, it's a lot like the weather – you see different weather scenarios all over the country, but what you really want is the forecast in your area. Currently we are seeing modest increases in the number of homes sold in Grafton County, and we notice an increase in the average sales price. While the days a house was on the market has increased a bit in both Coos and Grafton, but really not by a huge degree. Homes that come onto the market priced correctly are finding new owners.
