We thank you for attending our Customer Appreciation BBQ on Friday July 7, 2023 at our Franconia office!
Despite the rain, we had record attendance of over 375+ clients & customers!
This annual event happens rain or shine at our Franconia office. We have it in Franconia because its where we have the biggest lawn to have a big party!
We are so pleased to welcome all of our customers and clients from all of offices - we enjoy seeing all you who make the trek to visit us!

PLYMOUTH, NH — Twenty years of experience in building, remodeling and improving the energy efficiency of New Hampshire homes are just some of the skills that Philip LaMoreaux brings to Badger Peabody & Smith Realty as a sales associate in its Plymouth office.
Additionally, LaMoreaux earned a Building Analyst certification through the Building Performance Institute enabling him to perform whole house assessments to identify problems and craft solutions.

We Celebrate Our Badger Peabody & Smith Agents and Staff!
In February, we had our annual dinner/gala at the Omni Mt. Washington Resort in Bretton Woods. It was a great central location for everyone in our offices – a central point for folks in Berlin, North Conway, Plymouth and more! We had a great time and it was such a fun evening to celebrate successes of the year including a rebranding of Badger Peabody & Smith Realty and a celebration of our agents and staff for all their hard work in 2021. For some, the night out was the first one in a long time and we worked to have a safe event for all our attendees.
