North Conway, NH – The dynamic mother-son real estate team of Jeana Hale-Dewitt and Austin Hale recently joined the firm of Badger Peabody & Smith Realty in the North Conway office.

The duo have been in the real estate business in the Mt. Washington Valley as full time agents for a considerable amount of time. Jeana Hale-Dewitt has been in the real estate industry for over twenty years and her son, Austin Hale has been in his real estate career for the past five years. Both worked at another brokerage in the area and recently decided to make the move to Badger Peabody & Smith Realty.

Jeana Hale-Dewitt said, "In real estate, as agents, we've always cooperated with other agencies and agents as many times we may bring a buyer for a listed property or vise-versa. Austin Hale, began his real estate career after college. He said, "I enjoy helping sellers and buyers and sharing my love of the valley with them. To be honest, my real estate career started when I was young and would see my Mom meeting with buyers and sellers on showings, in the office and more. I have learned so much through her and am looking forward to continually learning with the great team at Badger Peabody & Smith Realty."

Jeana Hale-Dewitt made the move to the Mount Washington Valley from Rockport, Massachusetts thirty years ago, finding the area the perfect place to raise her son and being in a four season resort area was a draw as well. Her real estate career started first as a support member at a real estate office and in 2001 she obtained her real estate sales license. For Jeana Hale-Dewitt, her goal for her clients and customers is providing the absolute best in customer service.

Austin Hale was born in the area and attended Kennett High School and graduated from Plymouth State University, with a BS in Business Administration. During his time at PSU, he helped manage student housing for a private company. Austin Hale is drawn to commercial sales as well as residential and looks forward to expanding his knowledge of commercial real estate with the strong commercial team the firm offers at the North Conway office.
