• Sherman Farm Market - 2679 E. Conway Road, Center Conway, NH 03813
  Nestled in the picturesque Saco River area, Sherman Farm Market has been family-owned for 50-plus years. The farm is located a stone's throw from these Conway homes for sale, and it's known for its sprawling corn maze, which has been voted one of the best in New England. Made with a different pattern every year, the maze has three separate routes for different ages and skill levels, and it's open every weekend through October 27. The 12-acre farm also offers hay rides, a pumpkin patch, and other seasonal attractions.

Once a year at Badger Peabody & Smith Realty, we try to partake in one group outing that showcases an area we work in – this year we were pleased to enjoy a trip up the Mt. Washington Cog Railway to the Northeast's highest summit, Mt. Washington!

It was a rare day, as it was CLEAR at the summit and all the way up! What a brilliant day for a special trip!

We had close to 60 agents and staff members participate and they took lots and lots of photos! On this clear day, they could see the ocean, the mountains and everything in between!

Thank you to Randall Armor and the rest of the folks at the Mt. Washington Cog Railway – it was great to have your help coordinating the trip and to hear the stories about the mountain. We loved your hospitality! No wonder the Cog is considered a "must do" when visiting the area!

In addition, all of our agents and staff got a great long sleeved t-shirt to remember the day. Thank you to Embroidery by Everything Personal in Littleton, NH for making them – they are perfect!

Also a big shout out and thank you to our staff who worked to organize the event, Sara Curtis, April Reinhard & Elspeth Richardson. Calling all runners! It's time to lace up your shoes and get ready to hit the pavement because the fall is the most beautiful season for road races around New Hampshire. The crisp New England air and gorgeous fall foliage make for an unmatched racing experience. Our real estate agents always keep tabs on upcoming local races, and there are upcoming events for all levels. We thought we'd share our list of racing events you won't want to miss this fall.

• Annual New Hampshire Marathon - 155 N. Main St., Bristol, NH 03222
  Described by many as one of the most beautiful races in New England, the Annual New Hampshire Marathon allows you to experience stunning fall foliage and picturesque scenery. The course circles Newfound Lake and offers full and half marathons, 10K, and kids races. Runners of all skill levels are welcome, and the race also serves as a Boston Qualifier.
