Hands down, if we could only use two words to describe Rachael... those two words would be "People Person". As a business owner and business manager, she has successfully transitions her skills into helping sellers and buyers with their real estate goals.

Rachael, how did you land in Real Estate? And how long have you been an agent?
I have been in real estate for one year. My good friend and my real estate agent of 26 years ago, Kathleen Sullivan Head, spurred my interest and encouraged me to purse a career in real estate.

A strong work ethic and a zest for life are qualities that define Zachary Hawkins.
The Lisbon Regional School graduate earned his undergrad degree at Keene State College and completed his Master's work at Plymouth State University. After travelling around the country for months, he came to the conclusion that "I just love it here" and returned to the White Mountains region. He has joined Badger Peabody & Smith Realty as a sales associate in the Littleton office.

Spring 2021 Road Clean Up in Plymouth and Franconia NH
For many years, we've sponsored two sections of road in Franconia & Plymouth NH as part of the Secondary Highway, Sponsor a Highway program through the New Hampshire Department of Transportation. We had two crews out last week, in time for Earth Day! Many bags of trash were collected and everyone had a great time! To learn more about the Sponsor a Highway program, click here.

Kim Lavoie Joins Peabody & Smith Realty
We have added to our Commercial team at the Franconia office, with the addition of Kim Lavoie as a Commercial Sales Associate.
As all of our commercial agents do, Kim will focus on selling commercial properties, large multi-family buildings,
