Sometimes in real estate, agents and staff take on a number of different roles. Sometimes they take on the role of counselor, cleaner, stager, photographer, chauffeur – the list can go on and on – and we don't mind! But most recently, in our Franconia office, it took an agent and 2 staff members and they took on a new role – that of Animal Rescuer!

It's been a busy month in our commercial department at Peabody & Smith Realty. We've helped to transfer ownership of a fine downtown Littleton, NH Inn and Restaurant (The Beal House) and we also worked to help one of our local manufacturing firms purchase a new larger location for their growing needs. We always strive to support our agents, clients and customers, and to that end, we recently named Nikki Barrett as the Managing Broker for the Littleton office. nikki barrettNikki has been a tremendous asset at our company. We've had the pleasure of watching her career evolve fresh out of college when she worked as an Assistant with us to then transitioning to a Sales Associate and after passing her broker exam, was named a Broker Associate. We are so proud of Nikki and the career she has built! And she is also considered at the Littleton office to be the "Director of Fun". Whether it is a spring time BBQ in the parking...
