Here's the latest update on this great home being built in Ledgewood, in Twin Mountain, NH.

Rockwood's foundation has been laid and here is the electrical folks installing the power! The foundation is poured and ready to cure, so the next step is to bring in electric. Having electricity on a job site makes things go much faster and certainly quieter than generators running to operate the necessary power tools.[/caption]
But as you can see from the pictures the forms are in place and cement is being poured. Things are really starting to take shape. And what you see so far in these series of pictures has taken weeks to get in place. Lots of prep work and care has brought...

Sometimes progress seems slow. And when building a home there are definitely ducks that need to be in a row. And the ducks are certainly in place at Rockwood in Ledgewood.
The lot is cleared and de-stumped. Rocks have been moved so that they are out of the way. The home site adjusted slightly. (Read about Dick and Nancy's adventures with the unmovable boulder!)
