Peabody & Smith Realty Starts Using Bar Code Technology To Give Consumers Information Fast!
By the year 2013, researchers at Gartner Predicts estimate that "mobile phones will overtake PCs as the most common Web access device worldwide." For this reason we have begun using Quick Response (QR) codes on our signs for consumers to use to instantly access property information.
These QR codes are similar to a bar code, and a consumer with a web enabled smartphone can easily scan the code using a QR code reader and immediately receive information about the home or land they are looking at.

A New Furniture Store Coming to Woodsville NH
Soon in Woodsville, NH a new furniture store will be part of their downtown area, asModern Furniture and Bedding purchased the former Riverview Market property on Central Street Wednesday.
Modern Furniture & Bedding has locations in Newport and Lyndonville VT, and they are owned by two brothers, Dwight and Steve Abbott. They have over 25 years of experience in the furniture business and are excited about their new location.
Modern Furniture carries a number of product lines including: Serta, Tempur-Pedic,Ashley, and many more. The property was built in the mid 1980's, has 7,700 square feet and plenty of on-site parking.
