Miller's Fare Café & Bakery Sold to New Owners
Our commercial department at Peabody & Smith Realty has been busy lately, and on Friday, they helped our friend Dave Eyler from Miller's Fare Café & Bakery in Littleton to sell his business! Mary Doherty was pleased to help Dave, and now Andy Kilmer and Ann Bocash are the new owners of Miller's Fare Care & Bakery.
If you have never had a chance to go to Miller's Fare, let me say, it's a premier café in town. It is located in the Historic Grist Mill complex along the banks of the AmmonoosucRiver and in the summer features patio dining over the Ammonoosuc River. For 15 years, Miller's Fare has been serving tourists and locals alike and the traditions will carry on. They have the best sandwiches, soups, desserts and more and we know the Andy & Ann will put their own special touches on what Dave started all those years ago!
According to Ann, they will be keeping the famous award winning Pot Roast Flip Sandwich, winner from the Food Network and the long time staff at Miller's Fare, Donna Leavitt and Brenda Leavitt, will be staying on and Bill Lemire will also join them as a manager (image left).
Mary Doherty was happy to help with this transaction, and all of us look forward to seeing Andy, Ann and Bill next time we stop in for lunch! And with our Littleton office just across the river, it's a short walk for us over the Riverwalk Covered Bridge to see them! We look forward to it. (Editors note, if you've never had a brownie there…try one…they are delish!)
