We have welcomed a new face in our Commercial Department – Amy Murawski has joined Peabody & Smith Realty at a Commercial/Investment Sales Associate. Amy has escaped from New York City, and relocated here to Central New Hampshire. She is familiar with the area, because she is a graduate of the New Hampton School. Amy spent the majority of her real estate career focused on commercial/office leasing and third party property management. For the last six years, she worked for ABS Partners Real Estate, LLC and The Dana Commercial Group at Douglas Elliman in New York. Peabody & Smith's commercial department is a dedicated team created to assist buyers and sellers for their commercial real estate needs. The commercial department is made up of Andy Smith ( Broker/Owner)  , Mary Doherty , Amy Murawski  with administrative assistance from Elspeth Richardson. While Murawski has been a commercial agent for a number of years, she earned a B.A. in Art History from Rockford College ,and a Certificate from Christie's Education , a graduate level program in art market, auction house practices and connoisseurship. We welcome Amy to the Peabody & Smith Commercial Team and we know she is ready to assist commercial buyers and sellers in the Lakes Region, Central New Hampshire and White Mountains areas of NH!
