It is spring, and even though we still have snow on the ground, the sun has been shining and we are enjoying the light in the later part of the day!

While the national headlines talk about the real estate market as a whole, it's a lot like the weather – you see different weather scenarios all over the country, but what you really want is the forecast in your area. Currently we are seeing modest increases in the number of homes sold in Grafton County, and we notice an increase in the average sales price. While the days a house was on the market has increased a bit in both Coos and Grafton, but really not by a huge degree. Homes that come onto the market priced correctly are finding new owners.
