Berlin, NH – Janet Nickerson with Badger Peabody & Smith Realty has been awarded the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation, the premier seller agency designation in the country.

The SRS designation is conferred by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) and is an official credential of the National Association of REALTORS®. Nickerson joins an elite group of real estate professionals from around the world who have earned the SRS designation. All were required to successfully complete comprehensive coursework in seller representation, demonstrate significant seller representation experience and expertise, and subscribe to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics.

There are a number of ways we help sellers- from helping them sell their property, assisting with the facets that go along with moving, negotiation with buyers and helping our sellers understand the purchase and sales agreement and what is expected of them and so much more. Nickerson is a life-long resident of the area and lives in Dummer. She earned her New Hampshire real estate license in 2016 and is also licensed in the state of Maine and works full time at the firm's Berlin office. Nickerson is active in the community as well, serving on the board for the Androscoggin Valley Chamber of Commerce.
