Littleton NH Parking Meters use New Technology
It's so rare that I carry change on me, or even in the car, and quite often I struggle trying to find some when I need to feed a parking meter! Now in Littleton, you can look for change if you want, or you can use a little pre-paid parking card that you slide in the meter like a credit card. Very handy. I applaud the town and the Littleton Police Department for making this little video featuring some of our local business folks explaining it. Peabody & Smith Realty Starts Using Bar Code Technology To Give Consumers Information Fast!
By the year 2013, researchers at Gartner Predicts estimate that "mobile phones will overtake PCs as the most common Web access device worldwide." For this reason we have begun using Quick Response (QR) codes on our signs for consumers to use to instantly access property information.
These QR codes are similar to a bar code, and a consumer with a web enabled smartphone can easily scan the code using a QR code reader and immediately receive information about the home or land they are looking at.
