We Are Pleased to Welcome Patty O'Brien to Our Franconia team!
We have had the recent pleasure at the Franconia office to welcome Patty O'Brien to our team!
Patty is not a stranger to the real estate profession, she has been a licensed New Hampshire Sales Associate for 5 years and is a veteran agent.
Patty and I were chatting the other day and she said, "I'm very impressed by the knowledge and professionalism that everyone brings to the team effort at Peabody & Smith Realty. It's such a delight to work in an atmosphere where everyone is rooting for each other and working hard to help each other and our clients and customers. It's truly wonderful."

Real Estate- A Solid Investment? What lies ahead?
Much has been written about the economic collapse, and the role real estate and its affiliated industries such as mortgages & insurance played in the great recession. Hindsight is always a luxury, and what it shows me is that the real estate industry has weathered the storm, and unlike Wall Street which saw the collapse of major institutions, the real estate industry has not only survived but come out the other side stronger, more responsive to consumers, and ready for the next 25 years. Our industry, like most others should have seen the storm clouds ahead. Some did, but their cries fell on deaf ears. So, looking ahead, are we smarter? Is real estate a good investment? Littleton Agent Nikki Barrett Received Her Broker License
We are so proud of our team mate at the Littleton office - Nikki Barrett has received her New Hampshire Broker Associate license. Nikki works with us here at the Littleton office and has been in real estate for over a decade, after graduating from Plymouth State University. Nikki wanted to obtain her Broker's license so she could expand her knowledge level of all facets of real estate.
The brokers exam is very rigorous and requires 60 hours of continuing education, plus a set amount of time working in the real estate arena as a sales associate.
