Jackie Elliott of Peabody and Smith Realty[/caption]
Our Holderness office continues to grow and we are so pleased to welcome Jackie Elliott as a Sales Associate to our Holderness team.
Jackie has been a real estate professional for almost a decade, much of the time with New Hampshire Colonials . We merged that office with Peabody & Smith Realty over a year ago, but remain in the same location on Route 3 at Curry Place. Jackie enjoys helping people achieve their dreams of homeownership – whether it's their primary home, first house or vacation retreat.

In January, it's always a busy month for us…we are implementing new marketing initiatives in the new year, and we work on our Annual Award and Recognition Breakfast for our staff and agents. It's a great project for us to work on, one that we get to think about the past year, review our accomplishments, and pack it into an award presentation complete with video, presentations, framed awards and a professional photographer, our friend Jackie from J Harper Photography. We held our annual award recognition breakfast at the Common Man Inn & Spa in Plymouth NH. They have a great couple of function rooms, projectors, lots of parking and yummy food! And with agents coming from all over, this tends to be a nice central location for us! Here are some of our highlights we shared at the ceremony:
As a firm, we take our commitment to customer service very seriously, after all, our logo is "A Reputation for Results!" After closings we survey all of our clients and customers and get a report on how we are doing.
So we were so pleased to get a "report card" on our website, through our affiliation with the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World , we were awarded the Website Quality Certification. Through the Leading RE network, a global network of 500+ independent real estate firms, the certification is presented to member companies that demonstrate best practices in website design and internet communications....
Our Plymouth and Holderness offices are expanding with the addition of Annie Brown and Heather Dunham!
Annie is working out of our Holderness office as a residential/land Associate Broker. Annie is not a stranger to real estate, and we are pleased to have her with us full time! Annie enjoys decorating and renovation, and lives in Center Harbor with her family. As a resident of the Center Harbor area, Annie also has strong knowledge on the Lake Winnipesaukee real estate market and the surrounding Lakes Region market. So whether you want a house on Squam Lake, or a primary home near Lake Winnipesaukee, she will be a great asset to our team! Annie is joined in the Holderness office by Dana Arms... As the holiday music flowed today at the office, I had a moment of reflection. As a firm we have grown larger in the last few years, and we've learned a few things along the way. One lesson - sometimes each office has to take on a project that is close to them, rather than one big project for all the offices. Here is just a little bit of some of the activities each office is participating in this holiday season. In our Plymouth and Holderness offices they are hosting the "Love Light Trees" . The "Love Light" trees are at 13 local businesses, including our two offices. These trees are a fundraising effort for the Hospice Program at Pemi-Baker Community Health. Each tree is decora...
