We are pleased to welcome Karen Walsh, Broker Associate, to our Plymouth office at 620 Tenney Mountain Highway.
Karen has been a licensed real estate professional in New Hampshire since 2003 and earned her Broker Associate license 4 years later. She worked extensively with buyers and sellers in the Campton/Waterville Valley area.

Real Estate- A Solid Investment? What lies ahead?
Much has been written about the economic collapse, and the role real estate and its affiliated industries such as mortgages & insurance played in the great recession. Hindsight is always a luxury, and what it shows me is that the real estate industry has weathered the storm, and unlike Wall Street which saw the collapse of major institutions, the real estate industry has not only survived but come out the other side stronger, more responsive to consumers, and ready for the next 25 years. Our industry, like most others should have seen the storm clouds ahead. Some did, but their cries fell on deaf ears. So, looking ahead, are we smarter? Is real estate a good investment?
