Peabody & Smith Realty Wins Website Quality Award
We are so pleased to announce that Peabody & Smith Realty has been awarded the Website Quality Certification from Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®, a global community of more than 565 high quality independent real estate firms in 65 countries.
The certification was presented in recognition of excellence in website design, content and functionality. The evaluation was conducted by Virtual Results, LLC, a real estate internet and social marketing firm selected by Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® to review the websites of participating members.

We are excited to announce that we have been nominated for multiple awards at the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® annual recognition event. The awards will be announced at the 2018 Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® conference in Las Vegas, Nevada this week.
We are nominated for 4 awards:

PSR Recognizes Agents & Staff
2017 was a great year for Peabody & Smith Realty, and with that, we like to take a little time to celebrate our agents and staff and their accomplishments! This year we celebrated again at the Indian Head Resort in Lincoln, NH on Saturday, January 20th. We enjoy recognizing the hard work of our agents and staff and sharing some of the professional accomplishments they had as well. Many achieved a number of Realtor designations and more! The day started with a seminar for our agents and staff with national known and sought after speaker, Adorna Carroll of Dynamic Directions. Adorna is a national real estate speaker and travels around the country delivering dynamic and engaging programs for real estate agents. She shared insight from her experiences as a broker, as well as ideas for the agents in their own careers. April, an Executive Assistant, is the pleasant voice on the phone, the smiling face that greets our visitors and our "go-to" person for the Littleton office and beyond. PSR Joins Leading RE's U.S. Military on the Move(r) Program
Veterans Day is the perfect day to announce a new program we are offering here at Peabody & Smith Realty. We are pleased to announce that we have expanded our service offerings to military personnel through our participation in Leading Real Estate Companies of the World's U.S. Military on the Move(r) program.
This program, Military on the Move, was created to provide active duty, retired military and wounded warriors with special benefits on real estate services. Specifically, a rebate at the time of closing. Here in New Hampshire the rebate is offered, in other states it is only given where allowable by law.
