We have found, that for a real estate professional, it's important to know, love and live in the areas you represent! Our own Paty Ciotto loves the area so much, she moved back after living in Brazil and has begun her real estate career here with us at Peabody & Smith Realty. 

Paty recently joined our firm and is working in our Meredith office on Mill Street. Paty is not a stranger to the service industry, as she and her husband, Johan, opened a bed and breakfast in front of a beach in Brazil and ran the business for a decade. As a seasoned hospitality operator, she knows the importance of providing an exceptional consumer experience and looks forward to bringing her expertise to her clients and customers.  

 Paty was born in São Paulo, Brazil, and received her degree in Business Administration. After college, she became a successful entrepreneur starting an insurance brokerage company she later sold. After meeting her husband Johan in Boston in 2001, they moved to Woodsville, NH, and lived there for 5 years until she and Johan decided to move to Brazil to be closer to family there. We can't wait to learn more about Brazil from Paty!

Paty told us that returning to the Granite State was an easy choice for the family four years ago. At that time, they decided that the best place to raise kids would be back in New Hampshire. They relocated to the Lakes Region and live and work in Meredith. The southern offices had a party for Paty recently, as she just became a naturalized U.S. citizen and recently had her naturalization ceremony.
