From left: Mary Truell, Jerrod Mitchell, Beth Horan, Michele Penner, Nikki Barrett, Missy Sullivan with Broker/Owner Andy Smith.[/caption] 2018 was a great year for Peabody & Smith Realty, and with that, we like to take a little time to celebrate our agents and staff and their accomplishments!  This year we celebrated at the Woodstock Station & Inn in Woodstock, NH on Saturday, January 26.  We enjoy recognizing the hard work of our agents and staff and sharing some of the professional accomplishments they had as well. Many achieved a number of Realtor designations and more! [caption id="attachment_5424" align="alignright" width="300"] Mary Menzies and Andy Smith[/caption]   In 2018, we recorded grand total, gross sales in excess of $142 million dollars, according to statistics from the Northern New England Real Estate Network. (Based on data from the New England Real Estate Network, grand total gross sales, NH & VT, all categories for time period 1/1/2018-12/31/2018.)  [caption id="attachment_5420" align="alignright" width="300"] Beth Horan and Andy Smith[/caption] We distributed over $32,000 to area organizations including: AHEAD, Ammonoosuc Community Health, Boys and Girls Club of the North Country, Area Chambers of Commerce Fundraising Activities, Franconia Ski Club, Holderness Historical Society, Littleton Regional Healthcare, Pemi Baker Community Health, Speare Memorial Hospital, Squam Lakes Association, Weathervane Theatre, and many more! At the end of the awards ceremony, we awarded the Peabody & Smith Realty Residential Sales Associate of 2018. The award was presented to Beth Horan.
