The Favorite Things On My Desk - From Elspeth Richardson!
I work in the Franconia office and my desk is one of the first things you see when you walk into the office! I try to keep it as tidy and neat as possible, which can be a daunting task in its self at times.
Most of the items on my desk either help me day to day or hold special meaning to me.
The items that help me with my job daily are my "to do list", my ergonomically styled keyboard, and my calendar. The calendar also has special meaning – it has been a tradition that has been passed down from my Grandmother, who was very near and dear to me. Answer: Once you have found a home and are under contract with the seller to purchase that home, it is about 60-75 days from that point until you close on the home and can move in.

Sometimes in real estate, agents and staff take on a number of different roles. Sometimes they take on the role of counselor, cleaner, stager, photographer, chauffeur – the list can go on and on – and we don't mind! But most recently, in our Franconia office, it took an agent and 2 staff members and they took on a new role – that of Animal Rescuer!
