As an established real estate agent and having grown up in a real estate family, Sherri Mercurio is not new to the real estate business. She is now bringing her expertise to assist sellers and buyers in the Mt. Washington Valley of New Hampshire as she joins Badger Peabody & Smith Realty in their North Conway office.

At the age of 11, Mercurio started in the business answering phones and filing at her parent's real estate office in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. Mercurio said, "At that time, the internet didn't exist, and the world of real estate was completely different from what we know today. For the past 23 years I have had tremendous success, earning many awards and certifications along the way. I have mastered the art of keeping clients happy and making a home purchase or sale an enjoyable experience."

Vice President of Sales, Brendan Battenfelder said, "Sherri is a welcome addition to our team of agents. She has a strong real estate background which will benefit the sellers and buyers who work with her. In addition, since we work as a team, she'll be a great resource as well for her colleagues and visa versa."

Mercurio is not new to the area, as she owns property here and travels up regularly from the ocean state. "I am looking forward to helping clients and customers in the area, and making the granite state my forever home." She added, "I've had the opportunity to rehab and flip homes, purchase profitable vacation rentals as well as deal in wholesales, bank owned properties and short sales. I look forward to assisting others in their real estate journey."

Mercurio has been awarded a number of real estate designations over the years including, Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and more.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time volunteering for local fundraisers and giving back to the community. She added, "Dogs and playing piano are my passion. In my little downtime, you will find me at home with my 3 adopted Chihuahuas and playing the piano."
