A contingent of management and brokers from Badger Peabody & Smith Realty recently joined an elite group of professionals at the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® Summit at the Wynn in Las Vegas.

The Summit was comprised of different components for Sales and Broker Associates, Marketing Professionals, Sales Managers and Broker/Owners. The event delivered specialized learning and networking opportunities for all affiliates of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®, a global network that interconnects top local and regional independent real estate firms across the world. The conference week attracted participants from 20 countries and nearly 300 cities worldwide.

The conference sessions explored timely real estate and relocation topics, focusing on leadership, market trends, and the evolving needs of today's real estate consumers. Attending from Badger Peabody & Smith Realty were Broker Owner Andy Smith, VP of Sales Brendan Battenfelder, Marketing Director Debbie Anderson, Broker Associate Aaron Woods and Chief Marketing Officer Chrissy Smith.

Andy Smith was a speaker at the event and shared insights on the operations of small to medium sized brokerages. Andy Smith has owned Badger Peabody & Smith Realty for over thirty years, growing the firm from the ground up.

Battenfelder and Woods attended sessions focusing on the latest trends impacting the real estate market and leadership skills for sales associates relating to communication, negotiation, and motivation.
