The beginning of the year is always busy in the marketing and accounting department as we compile year end stats. We enjoy the season as we spend a bit of time preparing for our annual award ceremony for our Peabody & Smith agents and staff. This year, on February 4th, we held our annual award recognition breakfast at the Common Man Inn & Spa in Plymouth NH. Here are some of our highlights we shared at the ceremony:

  • In 2014, we recorded gross sales in excess of 100 million dollars, according to statistics from the Northern New England Real Estate Network.
  • In 2014, we ranked as the 16th largest Real Estate firm in NH,  in terms of volume (up over 2013)
  • 249,446 visitors came to our website in 2014, from 138 countries!
  • We distributed over $22,000 to area organizations including: AHEAD, Ammonoosuc Community Health,
