97 Main Street in Littleton Sold. A New Chapter Begins!
As one story ends another begins. David & Nancy Ernsberger have owned and operated the popular gift shop "The Nest" for five years. Dave, who has been instrumental in a number of initiatives in Littleton, decided it was time for him to step back to focus on his projects and to spend more time with his family and closed the store this past September.

Veterans Day is the perfect day to announce a new program we are offering here at Peabody & Smith Realty. We are pleased to announce that we have expanded our service offerings to military personnel through our participation in Leading Real Estate Companies of the World's U.S. Military on the Move(r) program.
This program, Military on the Move, was created to provide active duty, retired military and wounded warriors with special benefits on real estate services. Thank you for everyone who attended our "Business After Hours" on Wednesday, October 18th at our Littleton office.
It was a great networking event for members of the Littleton Area Chamber of Commerce and the Franconia Notch Area Chamber of Commerce. We enjoyed visiting with fellow chamber members, sharing some food and networking! We thank all who were able to stop by and encourage other chamber members to host one too! They are a great way to share ideas, meet other members in your community and more!
