Nikki Barrett Named Managing Broker at Peabody & Smith Realty For Our Littleton Office
We always strive to support our agents, clients and customers, and to that end, we recently named Nikki Barrett as the Managing Broker for the Littleton office.
Nikki has been a tremendous asset at our company. We've had the pleasure of watching her career evolve fresh out of college when she worked as an Assistant with us to then transitioning to a Sales Associate and after passing her broker exam, was named a Broker Associate. Littleton Agent Nikki Barrett Received Her Broker License
We are so proud of our team mate at the Littleton office - Nikki Barrett has received her New Hampshire Broker Associate license. Nikki works with us here at the Littleton office and has been in real estate for over a decade, after graduating from Plymouth State University. Nikki wanted to obtain her Broker's license so she could expand her knowledge level of all facets of real estate.
The brokers exam is very rigorous and requires 60 hours of continuing education, plus a set amount of time working in the real estate arena as a sales associate.
