The generosity of the holiday season is one of the best feelings of the season. Truly feeling the joy of giving. While we cherish that feeling within our families, here at Peabody & Smith, we feel we have a real work family, a family who enjoys gathering together and doing something to help someone else. This year was no exception.
Agents and staff gathered together and participated in at least two different giving programs in the communities we serve.
The Wentworth Elementary School was quietly collecting warm winter weather clothing and gifts for children in need and we responded. Our Plymouth, Holderness and Franconia offices gathered over 75 items ranging from toys and clothing based on what was n...

We're Hosting a Holiday Photo Contest
'Tis the season to spread holiday cheer! Peabody & Smith Realty is hosting an Instagram-based photo contest to encourage our friends, family, clients and customers to share their favorite holiday decorations. Simply like our page: @peabodysmithrealty and upload a photo(s) to Instagram with the hashtag #PSRhomefortheholidays between now and December 25th. If you posted the photo with the most likes by January 2, we will donate $100 to Affordable Housing Education and Development (AHEAD) on your behalf. So what are you waiting for? We are so pleased to announce today that we welcome Mary Truell formerly of Truell Real Estate to Peabody & Smith Realty. After almost 50 years in business, as an independent family owned real estate firm, Truell Real Estate has decided to partner with us to further enhance their business endeavors. Like Truell Real Estate, we are also an independent real estate firm and are pleased to welcome Mary to the team! In addition, this will expand our office locations to 6 offices in Northern & Central New Hampshire as we will continue to operate at the former location of Truell Real Estate at 3 Mill Street in Meredith.
