[caption id="attachment_4043" align="alignright" width="199"] Welcome to the team, Carol![/caption] Our Littleton office has had a busy year, and we are pleased to have our office full with the addition of Carol Kerivan to our team! Carol comes from a great background - sales and hospitality! What a great knowledge base to work from! Carol and her husband own and operate the successful Bear Mountain Lodge Bed and Breakfast in Bethlehem, NH. Carol has joined us as a Sales Associate and will be working with clients and customers in Northern New Hampshire. When I asked why Carol was interested in real estate, she told me she is not new to real estate - she was licensed in Massachusetts while she worked as an agent putting herself through college! After college, Carol went on to have a very successful sales consultant career in high-tech and software for over 20 years. In 2004, she and her husband Michael moved from Walpole, Massachusetts to Bethlehem and built the lodge, a 10 room bed and breakfast.
