For some reason, I have stumbled across a handful of articles lately about investment properties. Never wanting to be left out, I figured now is as good a time as any to join the fray. Even if you are not in the market for a new home, how about exploring the possibility of buying a home as an investment.
If, after all the facts were in and all the calculating and figuring was done, you could own a piece of real estate while having someone else pay the mortgage; would you do it? Chapter 18; Building Rockwood: A Chef's Kitchen
May day. And it's so nice to have spring upon us. This was from May 1st. And I for one am loving that the air is warmer, we see new signs of spring. I love this time of year with all the different hues of green. The varying stages of leaves popping out. Which also means that sugar season is over. (When the sap flows for the liquid gold of maple syrup). The canopy seems to become one lush blanket over the mountains. Inside, Rockwood is coming together nicely. The wall of windows is beautifully accented with the rocks. With the side walls also highlighted with rocks. I think this has come out beautifully. You will see the green boards are for the front columns which you will get a great look at in the next blog. It will be a beautiful combination of the green accents and stones. PSR is Hosting a Blood Drive, July 29th at St. Rose of Lima Church
The warm weather, the cool nights, swimming in the river and enjoying the beautiful area we are lucky enough to call home. With all of the fun outdoor activities that come with this nice weather, the need for blood is much greater. I was flipping through the channels a few months ago and came across a wonderful documentary on the process of donating blood through the American Red Cross, which is such a wonderful organization. The countless number of people who take time out of their busy day to give blood, will help someone in need in the very near future, something so special and really, quite easy.
