As one story ends another begins. David & Nancy Ernsberger have owned and operated the popular gift shop "The Nest" for five years. Dave, who has been instrumental in a number of initiatives in Littleton,  decided it was time for him to step back to focus on his projects and to spend more time with his family and closed the store this past September. Emshika Alberini, owner of Chang Thai restaurant, as well as the building occupied by Little Village Toy & Bookstore, Blue Jay Café, The League of NH Craftsmen and One Stitch, Two Stitch, purchased the building at 97 Main Street last Friday. Her plans for the building have been a closely guarded secret, but Emshika has hinted that "it will be the same, but different".  Emshika plans to slowly renovate the space to fit her plan and open her store sometime during the first quarter of 2018. We were pleased to represented the Ernsbergers and assist Emshika  in this transaction. We can't wait to see what comes to 97 Main Street next!
