Badger Peabody & Smith Realty held its annual award celebration in mid-January with a lunch and award presentations at Red Fox Bar and Grill in Jackson, New Hampshire. The event recognizes agents and staff for their work with clients as well as their contributions to the communities they serve.

Beth Horan of the firm's Franconia office was named Residential Sales Associate of 2025. She has been with Badger Peabody & Smith Realty since 1998 and is a licensed REALTORĀ® in both New Hampshire and Vermont. Horan has more than 26 years of experience in real estate, specializing in residential properties and land in the Western White Mountains of New Hampshire.

Experience, Background, and Professional Designations

Before beginning her real estate career, Horan worked in interior design for 11 years and was also involved in her family's home textiles business. She holds several professional designations, including Certified Residential Specialist and SRES, and has completed Green training.

Throughout her career, Horan has been recognized multiple times as Sales Associate of the Year, reflecting her consistent performance and long-standing presence in the local market.

Local Knowledge and Community Involvement

Horan has lived in Franconia for more than three decades, where she and her husband raised their two sons. She has been involved in several local organizations, including the board for The Colonial TheatreĀ and the board for Mountain Top Telecom, along with other community volunteer efforts.
