With heavy hearts, we remember our dear friend and colleague, Norman Head. Norman was a beloved member of Badger Peabody & Smith Realty and a cherished part of the Bartlett community. His kindness, generosity, and deep commitment to both his clients, colleagues and community made a lasting impact that will not be forgotten.

Together with his wife and partner, Kathleen Sullivan Head, they built a thriving real estate career together, guided by their shared motto: "Two Heads are Better Than One!" Their partnership was one of true balance—both dedicated professionals who brought unique strengths to their work. Together, they created something truly special.

Though we mourn Norman's passing, his legacy of service and dedication continues. Kathleen remains committed to the work they built side by side, carrying forward the values, professionalism, and care that defined their approach to real estate and community.
