Mount Washington Valley Ice Fest – North Conway, NH
Every February, the popular Mount Washington Valley Ice Fest is held around the corner from North Conway homes for sale at multiple locations around the community. There will be three days of events from February 2-4, 2025, held primarily at the International Mountain Equipment store, as well as Ledge Brewing. Events include climbing clinics, gear demos, workshops, ascent clinics, climbing parties, and live entertainment. In addition to the events at the two locations above, two special events will be held at different locations. The first is the Saturday Evening Show at Theater in the Woods, which features a new movie screening followed by dancing with a live DJ. The last is the After Party, held on Sunday at the O-Club and supporting the Live Outside Collective.
NH Sanctioned & Jackson Invitational Snow Sculpting Competition – 1 Mt. Washington Auto Road, 1st floor, Gorham, NH 03581
An event that blends art, family fun, and the great outdoors, the NH Sanctioned & Jackson Invitational Snow Sculpting Competition is back once again with 12 teams competing to create the most dazzling snow sculptures. Each team starts with a compacted, 8-foot tall snow cylinder, which they'll turn into unique artistic creations. See the sculpture before you hit the slopes, or spend all day watching the artists in action. You'll find this event close to Jackson homes for sale from January 31 – February 2, 2025.
In addition to the sculptures, there will be fun activities for the whole family. These include a scavenger hunt designed just for kids and the opportunity to purchase tickets for fun, snowy activities around Great Glen Trails.
