The Cozzens family, natives of Michigan, brought the quality craft beer of the Midwest to the community around Littleton homes for sale with Schilling Beer Co. Named for their late grandfather, Dr. R.J. Schilling, the brewery recently celebrated their first decade in business. A traditional highlight of their European-inspired small-batch brews is Weihnachstbier, their annual holiday beer. Each year's version brings subtle differences in the flavor profile as the Cozzens honor the tradition of holiday Bockbier style. Hours are noon - 8 p.m. daily except Friday and Saturday, when doors are open until 9 p.m.
