A traditional highlight of their European-inspired small-batch brews is Weihnachstbier, their annual holiday beer. Each year's version brings subtle differences in the flavor profile as the Cozzens honor the tradition of holiday Bockbier style. Hours are noon - 8 p.m. daily except Friday and Saturday, when doors are open until 9 p.m.

Skiing is synonymous with New Hampshire, and the iconic outdoor sport also serves as inspiration for some of the popular craft beers from Big Day Brewing. Night Ride is a dry Irish-style stout served nitro, while Swirl is an American-style porter with notes of vanilla and chocolate. This theme can also be found in the food menu, with items such as Rail Trail Smash Burger (try it with the hot maple glaze) and Northern Lights appetizer.
