Gorham, NH – With a new office location more centrally located for sellers and buyers, Badger Peabody & Smith Realty looks forward to continued success for their clients in 2024 and beyond. 

Badger Peabody & Smith Realty was previously located at 180 Main Street in Berlin. The office has relocated to 603 Main Street in Gorham, a location closer to retail traffic in a newly redesigned office building. 

Broker/Owner Andy Smith said, "We really wanted to find a location between both Berlin and Gorham that would be easy for our sellers and buyers to get to. When the opportunity came to purchase the existing building at 603 Main Street, we couldn't resist. With eight offices throughout the "603", the address as well seemed perfect – it all came together so well." 

The building was renovated by Phil Chabot, an experienced contractor in Berlin. Chabot had been the original builder of the building in 2007. Smith added, "Phil and his team did a great job. They obviously understood the building and were able to renovate the space to meet our needs by creating a conference room, spacious offices for all the agents, a well-functioning reception area and more. We are looking forward to meeting clients and customers in our new location." 

Agents and staff at the Berlin/Gorham office include Don Lapointe, Jeff Gagnon, Kate Frisk, Pranee Powers, Executive Assistant Rhonda Lapointe and Managing Broker Brendan Battenfelder. 

According to statistics from Prime MLS, the Berlin/Gorham office of Badger Peabody & Smith Realty worked on over 136 transactions throughout 2023 with grand total sales over $27 million dollars.  

Smith added, "When we look at transaction numbers, to us it shows just how many sellers and buyers our agents helped in a year. They helped people sell their properties, assisted new homeowners and more.
