Jackie is a dynamic real estate agent with an enthusiastic passion for the water - whether it is showing lake properties from her boat, or explaining all the nuances of each lake in Central and the Lakes Region of NH. Jackie is comfortable on land as well, assisting sellers and buyers with homes and land in all price ranges. Personally, Jackie is dedicated to her family and friends creating long lasting relationships with everyone she encounters. We consider ourselves lucky to get to spend time with Jackie as both a co-worker and friend!

Learn more about Jackie and her journey into real estate.

How did you land in Real Estate? And how long have you been an agent?

My first broker, Doug McLane ask me to come work for him. Even before I had my real estate license he saw potential in me and said he knew that I would be good at selling real estate because I like to help people. He was right! There is no greater feeling than helping someone to buy their first home.

What did you do before you became a real estate agent?

I had my own beauty salon called Shear Image. This was the perfect career for me when my family was young. My daughters loved when I would style their hair for recreations events.

Name a role model who has inspired you in your career.

I have to say that I've been so blessed to be around so many wonderful role models who have helped me be the agent I am today. Doug McLane and Dana Armstrong gave me my start in the real estate business. They saw the best in me and always encouraged me to keep learning. I also want to say that Andy Smith has mentored me for the last 10 years. He always has the time to help his agents. He's supportive, knowledgeable, hard working and honestly the best teacher/Broker and I am lucky to be part of his team of great agents.

What do you like to do for fun outside of work?

I love spending time with my family and friends boating, fishing, campfires and four wheeling in the White Mountains of Pittsburg. I also love working in my flower gardens and volunteering in my local communities. I currently help with Meals on Wheels in Plymouth and Holderness, the Lakes Region Board of Realtors on the Communications Committee and the Conservation Land Committee at the Squam Lakes Conservation Society in Holderness.

How do you start each day?

The first thing I do is open all my windows to let the sunlight in. I then take a few minutes to reflect on all the things I am grateful for and play some of my favorite music to get ready for the day.

Where do you like to go for vacation?

I love to go on adventures and travel to new places I haven't been before. Last year, I went to St. Thomas and St. Johns, snorkeling the whole time I was there. The water was so clear and all the different fish that I saw was breathtaking.

Vacation time in the Carribean

What do you read every single day?

Honestly the first thing I read every day are my emails from my clients. I have always prided myself in answering my clients questions in a timely manner.

If you won the lottery what kind of property would you buy?

Oh this is easy, I would live on the ocean looking out at the sea and the sunsets. I would also buy an Adirondack home overlooking one of our beautiful lakes in the Lakes Region.

What is your favorite local charity?

I have to say First Star Tonight Organization, which was established in 1986 to provide support for terminally ill children and adults.
