North Conway, NH – In June, the National Association of Realtors hosts "Realtor Volunteer Days" all around the country and local associations join forces and help at area community programs.

This year, the agents and staff at Badger Peabody & Smith Realty in the North Conway and Jackson offices joined together in advance of the week to work at the Mother Seton House in Fryeburg, Maine. The group of 20 worked on some landscaping projects, pressure washing and other tasks to get the grounds ready for summer.

Badger Peabody & Smith agent, David Cianciolo and VP of Sales Brendan Battenfelder organized the group for the clean up. Cianciolo said, "As a board member at Mother Seton House, I knew we had some projects we could work on and I knew I had a great team who was ready, willing and able to help. The fact we were able to participate as Realtor Volunteer Days was an added bonus. Our team all did a great job and enjoyed giving back to the community."

Cianciolo added, "We'd like to extend a thank you as well to Sterling DaRier at Lowe's in North Conway for donating mulch and also to Fred Jones from Coleman Construction for donating loam."

The team worked at the Mother Seton house all day in late-May where they weeded and mulched flower beds, trimmed hedges, power washed a patio and did overall grounds clean up.
