Berlin, NH – The Berlin office at Badger Peabody & Smith Realty welcomed three new agents to their team in January.

Joining the successful real estate firm were Jennifer Woodward, Pranee Powers and Kate Frisk, all residents of the Berlin area.

Jennifer Woodward graduated from Berlin High School and received her Sales Associate license in December. She is not new to the Berlin office though, as she was a student intern at the firm in early 2022. Woodward said, "It makes sense to begin my career at Badger Peabody & Smith Realty. They are so welcoming and eager to help me learn. It's a great team and a great firm."

Woodward added, "Being involved in the real estate industry has been a goal of mine since I can remember. Before getting my license, I spent two years doing internships with a large firm in Southern NH and at Badger Peabody & Smith. Getting my license was my passion - I am eager to help people find their perfect property."

Pranee Powers is an established agent in the area and has been in real estate for the last three years. Powers moved to the area in 2017 and has an extensive background in customer service from the optical industry to working in claims processing in the insurance industry.

Powers said, "Through the years I have found that I enjoy learning new skills and helping people, from photography to working in the optical field, real estate was the next logical choice for me. In real estate, it's a wonderful feeling when you show a property and you see the excitement on the buyer's face when they find the property they love. I also enjoy working with investors to purchase multi-family properties and help them with their property management needs."

Kate Frisk has been a resident of the Berlin area for over twenty years, having raised her family of four in the North Country. Frisk worked in the customer service industry in the greater Berlin area and has been licensed in real estate for over a year.

Frisk said, "I bring to the real estate industry an extensive background in service, both inside and outside of the workforce. In 2003 I worked for a local marketing company that assisted customers in connecting with vacation rental properties around New Hampshire. This proved to be a valuable foundation for my years to come in the hospitality industry via restaurant service which I enjoyed."
