A cooperative, or co-op, is something owned by the members, controlled by the members, for the benefit of the members. What are the benefits of living in a Co-operatively Owned Mobile Home Park: You never have to worry about out of touch owners or repairs not getting done. You and your fellow neighbors decide what the park rent is used for. All new members to the park are pre-approved by the current residents! What financing is available? Currently, the New Hampshire Community Loan Fund is offering a "Welcome Home" Loan. This is a program that is offered to folks who may be interested in buying a mobile home on its own land or as a member of a resident-owned community (Co-op) . Known as "The Star of the White Mountains" Bethlehem has been around since 1774. It has a long history and is a popular destination for tourists and locals alike. With an array of restaurants, cultural events at The Colonial Theatre and plenty of outdoor activities, Bethlehem has something to offer for everyone. Tell Me What Else is Nearby? Two local Golf Courses can be found in Bethlehem, tennis on the public courts or hiking & rock climbing in the White Mountains during the warmer months. During the colder months, Bethlehem is nearby a number of ski areas from 15 minutes to 45 minutes away, snowmobiling and ice skating. Another great thing that the locals do is FREE outdoor concert series from May to September. It's held at the Gazebo in the town common area. You only need to bring something to sit on – or just stand and dance!
