Known as "The Star of the White Mountains" Bethlehem has been around since 1774. It has a long history and is a popular destination for tourists and locals alike. With an array of restaurants, cultural events at The Colonial Theatre and plenty of outdoor activities, Bethlehem has something to offer for everyone.

Two local Golf Courses can be found in Bethlehem, tennis on the public courts or hiking & rock climbing in the White Mountains during the warmer months. During the colder months, Bethlehem is nearby a number of ski areas from 15 minutes to 45 minutes away, snowmobiling and ice skating. Another great thing that the locals do is FREE outdoor concert series from May to September. It's held at the Gazebo in the town common area. You only need to bring something to sit on – or just stand and dance!

A cooperative, or co-op, is something owned by the members, controlled by the members, for the benefit of the members.
