A cooperative, or co-op, is something owned by the members, controlled by the members, for the benefit of the members. What are the benefits of living in a Co-operatively Owned Mobile Home Park: You never have to worry about out of touch owners or repairs not getting done. You and your fellow neighbors decide what the park rent is used for. All new members to the park are pre-approved by the current residents! What financing is available? Currently, the New Hampshire Community Loan Fund is offering a "
