Our commercial department has been busy! On Monday, the former location of the famed Village Book Store  in downtown Littleton, recently transferred ownership to Emshika Alberini. Emshika is the owner of the Chang Thai restaurant, located next door. For her, this was an opportunity to own a property on the Main Street of Littleton, and in addition, have the chance to open a coffee bar in half of the Main Street level. There are 2 other business' in the building – One Stitch, Two Stitch  and the League of New Hampshire Craftsmen  store. A third business is slated to open by July, Little Village Toy and Bookshop .   This iconic brick building consists of 12,000 square feet and has entrances from both the Main Street and Mill Street. The property had been offered at $589,000 and closed on Monday, May 12th. One of our Commercial Brokers, Mary Doherty , represented the seller and assisted the buyers in this transaction. We were happy to help and wish all the best to everyone in their ventures!
